Terms of Service
If using the commissioned work for commercial purposes, I MUST be notified (examples : twitch banner, emotes, youtube pfp, logos to include on sold items like T-shirts, IN ANY WAY REPRODUCED FOR SALE). This will increase price, and I may, under certain circumstances negotiate a % based profit margin, or deny the commission outright.
I have the right to turn down any commission. This will be done before payment, and I do not have to in depth justify this decision, I reserve the right to deny service.
I may also cancel a commission early in the event that there is harassment, misconduct, etc. by the commissioner.
any NSFW commission, regardless of sexual intent, MUST be commissed by someone atleast 18 y/o, and any characters depicted must be 18 y/o or older. I will not depict real people in NSFW artwork unless I have explicit consent from the people depicted, and even then it may be turned down. If a character is depicted in their canon works to be a minor for the majority of their source media, I will not draw them NSFW. "Aged up" characters are outside my comfort zone.
HARD NOs include fetish content, graphic content, or overly complex works of a variety I deem outside my comfort zone. Hate speech in work, or references to insiting violence or hateful attitude towards others.
